Whisky CANADIAN CLUB - the Distillery.
Hiram Walker founded his distillery in the wilds of East Sandwich in 1858. One brand that appeared near 1860 was called "Three Star". By the end of 1881, the brand was known as "Three Star Club". Within a year, the "Three Star" was dropped, and by 1882, the brand was changed to "Club" whisky.

At its peak, Canadian Club was among the most recognized products in the world. Queen Victoria drank Canadian Club at the end of the nineteenh century, as did fictious British secret agent James Bond, seventy-five years later.
