The Distillery...

Whisky BRORA.
Le single malt de la distillerie Brora possédait dans certaines de ses versions un niveau de tourbe équivalent à celui de Lagavulin (40 ppm de phénols). Hormis ce trait de caractère, Brora se révèle toujours ample et onctueux. En 1983, dernière année de production, la distillerie produisit un malt légèrement tourbé aux notes florales (iris) d'une précision remarquable.
