The Hakushu distillery is commonly known in Japan as 'the forest distillery', as it is located within a vast, evergreen forest in the foothills of the Japan Alps region of cental Japan. Golden in colour, floral and fragrant with a delicate touch of peat smoke, it is a truly well-balanced malt whisky from the mountains of Japan.
